Package includes a soft wash of exterior gutters and siding, exterior window and screen cleaning, and a rinse down of patio, deck, and walkway. Intermediate pricing available for 1 & 2 level homes with partial bonus or basement areas. Custom pricing available for oversized homes. *Hard water, oxidization, and rust stains not included.

Gutter Cleaning
Maintenance gutter cleaning via sky vac or ladder on average-sized homes to remove gutter debris, and blow-out of downspouts. Maintenance cleaning covers up to 2 bags of loose debris. Gutters brimming with heavy debris or rotten muck are not considered a maintenance service and can be addressed for an additional fee. Removal of leaf guards is not included. Oversized homes and homes with steep roof lines or dangerous drop-offs do not fit into base pricing, but may be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Roof blow-off and removal of roof debris may be included upon request. Appropriate safety tie-off options may be required. Priced on a case-by-case situation. Note: we offer safety roof anchor installation when needed. Advance notice is required.
Exterior Window Cleaning
Includes basic exterior window cleaning via purified water-fed pole system within our immediate service area. Oversized homes, homes with greater than average pane count, and/or homes outside our immediate service area are bid on a per-job basis. Basic exterior window cleaning is designed as a maintenance cleaning to remove nature's dust, dirt, and pollen. Removal of hard water stains, paint, stickers, sap, or heavy buildup may be addressed for an additional fee.
