2. Estimates and Pricing
 
All pricing is provided based on the size, type, and condition of your property. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
 

• Final pricing may vary based on actual work required, accessibility, and condition at the time of service.

• Any additional or unforeseen work will be discussed and approved before completion.

• Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

 
 
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
 
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website.
 

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• AWC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed or last-minute cancellations.

• Weather conditions (such as rain or snow) may cause rescheduling at AWC’s discretion for safety and quality reasons.

 
 
4. Payment Terms
 
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
Late payments may incur a service charge. Returned checks are subject to additional bank fees.
 
 
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
 
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We’ll assess and, if applicable, return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
 
Note: Some stains, oxidation, or buildup may be permanent and cannot be removed with standard cleaning methods. These limitations will be discussed during your service.
 
 
6. Property Access and Responsibility
 
By scheduling service, you agree to:
 

• Provide safe access to all work areas.

• Remove fragile, valuable, or obstructive items near windows, siding, gutters, or surfaces being cleaned.

• Ensure water and electrical access if required.

 
AWC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty construction, loose materials, or poor surface integrity.
 
 
7. Roof and Exterior Treatments
 
Our roof rejuvenation and cleaning services are designed to restore appearance and extend roof life. However, results may vary depending on the roof’s condition, material, and age.
AWC Services LLC makes no guarantee regarding roof lifespan or performance beyond the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance and care.
 
 
8. Liability and Insurance
 
AWC Services LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage arising from uncontrollable factors such as weather, pre-existing issues, or client negligence.
